Pickle Spice Mix

We put our favorite pickling spices into this jar.  Now you have the ability to create refrigerated pickles in just 24 hours. (Jar approximately 2.3oz)

Directions: Dissolve 2 tbsps. of sugar in 1 1/4 cups of vinegar and 2 cups of cool water.  Place liquid, vegetables and spice mix into a jar.  Leave it in the fridge for at least 24 hours and enjoy!  Pickles can last up to 1 month in the fridge.

Bonus: Mix can also be used to make corned beef!
